Returns and Cancellations
You have 30 days from the arrival of your curriculum to review it and decide if it’s the right fit for your family. Contact us by phone or email during this period with any questions or concerns, and we’ll address them promptly.
- We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of receipt when the curriculum is new, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Pack your return carefully to qualify for a full refund. Items damaged due to poor packing may not be refunded. For step-by-step guidance, watch the video below: How to Pack a Return.
How to Pack a Return
- All-Subject Packages receive a 20% discount, and Reading with History Packages receive a 15% discount off the retail price. If you return any item from a package, the package discount becomes void, and all items in the package—including those you keep—will be charged at full retail price.
- We do not refund materials returned after 30 days or items that are not in resalable condition. We also do not return non-refundable materials to you.
- For digital purchases, such as Virtual seats, you may return them within 30 days of purchase. You have 6 months from the purchase date to enroll in your Virtual seat and 12 months from enrollment to use it. You may purchase a 12-month seat extension; don’t hesitate to get in touch with customer service for assistance.
- We cannot accept returns for electronic media (CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, or computer software) unless they are in the original, unopened factory packaging. Online Instructor’s Guides are non-refundable. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.
- Include a copy of your packing list (the original packing slip includes a return address label) or your email order confirmation. If you lost your order confirmation, provide your full name, phone number or email address, and the physical address used on the original order.
- We process refunds within 10–15 business days of receiving your return.
- We strongly recommend shipping your return via UPS or FedEx, as these carriers automatically insure packages up to $100. For returns with a retail value over $100, we advise purchasing insurance for the full value, since you are responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

For cancellation, please call customer service within 24 hours of placing your order at 1-866-668-0179. We cannot guarantee cancellations but will cancel an order if it has not been shipped.
