- The curriculum can be returned in new, undamaged, and resalable condition within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to receive a full refund, please pack your return correctly. Items damaged during shipping due to poor packaging will not be refunded. To learn how to pack a return properly, please see the video.
- Single items can be returned only if they were bought separately. Items purchased in a package must be returned with the entire package. Please contact customer service before returning. Call 1-866-668-0179.
- We will not refund or return materials returned after 30 days or in non-resalable condition.
- Digital purchases, like Virtual seats, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. You have 6 months from the time of purchase to enroll in your Virtual seat and 12 months from the time of enrollment to use your Virtual seat. To purchase seat extensions (12 months only), please contact customer service.
- It is not possible to return electronic media (CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, and computer software) that are not in their original unopened factory packaging.
- Refunds are not available for shipping charges.
- Your packing list (original packing slip includes a return address label) or your email order confirmation should be enclosed. If your order confirmation is lost, please include your full name, phone number, or email address, and your physical address..
- You should strongly consider shipping your package by UPS or FedEx. Packages sent by these carriers are automatically insured for up to $100.
- The package should be insured for its full value if the retail value of the return exceeds $100, as you are responsible if the package is damaged or lost.
